These are the men and women with half moons of dirt gracing their fingertips. When they complain we listen, because they all carry knives. And when water is high, and their spirits are low, we give them lots of coffee and a canoe. Jessica Kaegle and Emily Cronk were once interns and now they’re back, they just can’t get enough dirt. Along with them, Carlos Ramon and Alfredo Arreola are the backbone of the farm. It’s their work that readies the starts, that feeds our rich soil, plants the crops and harvests the ever-growing bounty. They’re not just field workers – they’re Full Circle farmers.
