HistoryIn the 1990s, the number of companies needing to move key personnel from country to country grew by leaps and bounds. It was therefore with good timing that Peggy Love and her partner, Jack Lovett, made the decision to incorporate Full Circle in 1994: They were ready to catch the big wave of "globalization". By 1998, Full Circle was an established provider of destination services for the major US international relocation management companies. Full Circle began by providing services world-wide; but, in 1999, the company made the strategic decision to concentrate on international destination services in the United States. To that end, it established working relationships with independent destination consultants in all the major US population centers. Peggy had extensive experience in the international field, and she brought a distinctive personal touch to the way she ran the company, and interacted with clients. This led to our reputation for quality service, and an almost legendary ability to set up resources for clients in remote places at short notice. Full Circle became known as the "can-do" company that went "the extra mile". It wasn't long before the company acquired several other important corporate and "third-party" clients. Since then, Full Circle has successfully completed THOUSANDS of programs in every region of the United States. Full Circle has not only maintained, but built on its special character, even as our management staff has grown, satellite offices have opened, and our network of independent destination consultants has expanded. This ability to "connect" in an individual way runs all the way through the Full Circle process: From consultant to transferee, from manager to independent consultant, and from manager to client. At the end of the day, our business is about the successful management of relationships, and that is what Full Circle has learnt preeminently to do. |
