With her Japanese ancestry, her British husband, and many years as an Expat in Japan and the UK, Emi T is ideally qualified to steer international newcomers through the shocks and surprises of their new life in the US – and in Silicon Valley in particular because she has lived the last 27 years of her life, worked in the high tech industry, and brought up her children there. When she isn’t helping international assignees, she can be found at her local Golf club, or at one of the volunteer organizations to which she brings so much skill and commitment.
