Leading organic produce delivery service expands Northern California presence with donations to local food banks and giveaways
Prizes include personal chef dinner party with Jordan’s Kitchen and dinners at Chez Panisse, Greens Restaurant

San Francisco, CA and Seattle, WA – Previewing its upcoming expansion in the Bay Area, Full Circle, a leading organic produce delivery service, today launched Dinner’s On Us, a sweepstakes celebrating local food and community. The Facebook‐based sweepstakes is designed to support Bay Area food banks while introducing Full Circle’s local & organic produce delivery service to consumers in the greater Bay Area.

“Full Circle believes changing the food system starts at home, and one of the easiest ways to make a difference is to think carefully about how your food is grown and where it comes from,” said Andrew Stout, founder and CEO of Full Circle. “We’ve been working with dozens of California’s top organic farmers for nearly a decade now, so we are very excited to be expanding our delivery service in the Bay Area.”

Established in 1996 in Carnation, WA, Full Circle provides local and organically grown farm fresh produce directly to over 18,000 members throughout Washington, California, Idaho and Alaska. Full Circle joined forces with Eating With the Seasons, a Bay Area organic food delivery concern, in October 2011, and will soon be expanding that presence to serve even more Northern California customers.

Through its Dinner’s On Us Sweepstakes, for every “Like” received on its Facebook page Full Circle will donate one pound of organic produce to the San Francisco and Marin Food Banks, and the Alameda County Community Food Bank. In addition to supporting food banks, entrants will also be eligible to win one of the following:

• Grand Prize – A gourmet dinner for eight prepared in‐home by award‐winning chef Jordan Schachter of Jordan’s Kitchen (a $2,000 value)
• 2nd Prize – Dinner for two at Chez Panisse or Greens Restaurant (10 winners)
• Early Bird Giveaway – The first 1,000 people to enter the sweepstakes will receive two free boxes of Full Circle organic produce

The Dinner’s On Us Sweepstakes is open now at facebook.com/FullCircleFarms. The sweepstakes ends at midnight on June 3, 2012.

“We are thrilled to see Full Circle extending their service in California and becoming an even bigger part of our expanding Bay Area organic food community,” said Jordan Schachter, executive chef and founder of Jordan’s Kitchen in San Francisco, CA. “As a chef dedicated to local, seasonal ingredients, I’m doing all I can to promote healthy and sustainable food systems and Full Circle is doing the same.”

Full Circle has expanded beyond the traditional CSA (community support agriculture) model. The company now works with a large and growing network of family, local and regional farms to provide farm‐fresh organic produce and artisanal groceries to members year‐round. Grassfed meat, cage‐free eggs, no‐hormone milk, and more can be added to any weekly delivery. In addition to serving neighborhood drop sites, Full Circle also provides weekly home produce delivery direct to member doorsteps in most service areas.

About Full Circle
Established in 1996, Full Circle provides organically‐grown produce directly to consumers through its farm‐to‐table delivery service. Full Circle partners with organic growers and artisan producers to provide consumers with fresh fruits, vegetables, and all‐natural products year round. Full Circle’s mission is to fix our broken food system one community, one member, and one meal at a time.

Local organic produce delivery leader now has options for any household:
Seed, Sprout, Garden, and Harvest boxes make customization easier than ever

Carnation, WA (November 10, 2011) – Full Circle, the Northwest’s leading organic produce delivery service and grower, today announced it has expanded its menu of offerings with the addition of two farm-to-table box sizes, bringing the total to four. The two smaller-sized products cater to smaller families and households without children, greatly expanding customer options. To kick off the new service, Full Circle is launching a new website with a fresher look. The best just got better.

“We continually work to improve our service and meet the needs of our members,” said Andrew Stout, founder and CEO of Full Circle. “The full spectrum of box sizes allows us to deliver the right amount of fresh, high quality food each week, whether you are a family of one or a household of six. We determined there was an unmet need for a smaller, more personalized produce delivery option.”

Based on member feedback and market research, Full Circle learned that some members could not always make it through all the food in their box, leading to excess waste. Now, members can get the right amount of farm-fresh organic produce for their household and lifestyle.

Full Circle’s new organic produce box sizes include:
SEED
• Feeds 1-2 people
• (15-20 servings)
SPROUT
• Feeds 2-4
• (20-25 servings)
GARDEN
• Feeds 2-4
• (30-40 servings)
HARVEST
• Feeds 3-6
• (45-55 servings)

All boxes are customizable, so if your little one is anti-anything red then you can skip out on the tomatoes and beets and opt for extra potatoes and leeks. Additional artisan groceries such as all-natural meat, eggs, milk, and more can be added to any box. Full Circle also provides home produce delivery direct to your doorstep each week in most service areas.

About Full Circle
Established in 1996, Full Circle provides healthy and organically grown produce directly to consumers through its farm-to-table delivery service and to a broad base of retail and commercial customers throughout Washington, California, Idaho and Alaska. Full Circle cultivates over 50 crops and 200 varieties of organic produce on its 400-acre farm near Carnation, WA. Full Circle partners with other organic growers and artisan producers to provide consumers with fresh fruits, vegetables, and all-natural products year round.
