Sitka & Spruce

Started in a strip mall in Eastlake, Sitka & Spruce has been a consistent supporter of locally grown and hand foraged ingredients since its inception. A labor of love, chef Matt Dillon, owner of the Corson Building, has always been a firm supporter of local agriculture. Many of his dishes superbly exemplify the best of the season in locally available produce.
