Seattle, Washington
La Pasta is owned and operated by Guglielmo Bombaci and his partner Alessandro Stortini. Gugliemlo operated Nonna Maria Ristorante Italiano on First Avenue in Seattle from 1999 to 2004. During that time his restaurant became famous for the quality of his homemade pasta, which Guglielmo made nightly. Soon after opening, the word spread and his patrons and local chefs began asking him to make extra pasta for sale.
In 2001 Guglielmo brought on some help and began selling his pasta at local Farmers Markets and to various high-end restaurants around the area. In 2006, he brought on his friend and partner Alessandro full-time to help him produce and market his homemade pasta. Today you can find La Pasta products at over 15 Farmers Markets throughout the Puget Sound area and at fine dining restaurants like Trellis and Coastal Kitchen. We are excited to be able to partner with La Pasta and offer their products – including fresh seasonal fettuccine made with Full Circle organic.
