Below you’ll find a list of crops that our farms grow throughout the year. Through experience, technology, planning, and hard work we have been able to extend the growing season on many of our crops beyond what is normally available in our region.
These delicious varieties make up the ingredients of our box program as they become available, and can also be found in local grocers, Farmer’s Markets and Seattle restaurants. Although the availability of some crops naturally wanes throughout the year, our network of partner farms allows us to expand our offerings of fruit and vegetables in our Farm-to-Table service beyond our growing season here in Western Washington.
That way, you get the best the season has to offer – all year round.
