Sunnyslope Ranch is a certified organic farm nestled in the Yakima Valley of central Washington. Their mission is to grow, harvest and deliver to customers the highest quality, tree-ripened, organic stone fruit. With a frost-free location on the south slope of a small hill, this ranch is situated in an ideal area for growing premium, organic soft fruit. Sunnyslope Ranch grows five different fruits with over twenty varieties on its thirteen acres.
The fruit includes juicy peaches, fresh plums and pluots, perfectly ripened nectarines, succulent apricots and apriums, and everyone’s favorite, sweet cherries. In 2005, Sunnyslope Ranch was purchased by Jimmie Wellman and Rebecca Hunt, a husband and wife team. Extended family members joined in to help with the day to day operations at the ranch.
With four generations of family involved Jimmie & Rebecca have remained committed to the growth and continued development of the ranch. Sunnyslope Ranch has been a certified organic operation by the Washington State Department of Agriculture for over twenty years. Jimmie and Rebecca are committed to maintaining the same high quality, organic products to which their customers are accustomed.
