Braised Carrots With Spring Onions and Arugula Oil – Three great things in one dish, arugula, carrots and spring onions. The Spring onions in this dish add a slight bite that pairs wonderfully with the grassy richness of arugula oil and the earthiness of the carrots. Bound to be a new favorite.
Red Beet Pancake recipe – Within this post on making beets part of your weekly diet (which is a great decision as they are jam-packed with minerals and vitamins) is a great recipe for beet pancakes.
Spring Corn Salsa recipe – This salsa is great on fish or chicken, though it won’t get in the way of a nice pork chop either. You can also serve it as an appetizer with chips and guacamole.
Hungarian Mushroom Soup recipe – Looking for a simple soup for a cool evening? Try this using a variety of mushrooms.
Indian Style Greens recipe – Up the nutritional value in you meal by adding this cooked greens recipe. Although cooking your greens is not as nutritional as eating them raw, this blend of spinach, kale and chard has enough vitamins and heart-healthy minerals to do the job.
