TCHO goes beyond fair trade to partner directly with growers. They help them improve the genetics of their plants, improve their cacao fermentation design, and improve cacao drying by designing new drying racks. They also provide them with the ability to taste chocolate made from their own beans, sensory training to speak a common language about the flavors and a cloud-based database to share the results.
