5 Delicious Juicing Combinations
It’s a new year and we’re deep into winter. Here in Seattle, the sky is overcast and the weather is mild and I can’t help but dream about spring. Only a few more chilly months before we get a taste of some sunshine and crisp days. To beat the dreary weather and kick off the new year I’ve decided to focus on eating bright, vibrant food – and drinking it too!
Juicing is an excellent way to give your body a boost and a break. Juicing fresh organic produce allows your body to easily digest tons of nutrients and antioxidents while also allowing your digestive track to sit back and relax. By removing the fiber that your body is unable to digest, juicing makes many more nutrients available.

If you don’t have a juicer, or prefer a heartier drink you can also try variations of these mixes in your blender. Make sure to add coconut water, milk, or yogurt for a more pleasant consistency when blending.
