Perfect Plum Popsicles
Looking to beat the heat with a quick and easy snack? Put your Full Circle organic plums to good use with this healthy and delicious treat that kids and adults will love.
This recipe can be easily adapted for other fruit so experiment away!
- 2 1/2 cups organic plums
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
- Carefully remove the pits and chop the plums into small chunks.
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend well.
- Pour into popsicle molds (or plastic cups) and freeze until solid (approximately 4 hours).
