How does Full Circle’s Farm-to-Table organic delivery service work? You sign up, select your size, and we’ll deliver a box of farm-fresh organic fruits and veggies to your home or convenient pickup site each week. You’ll get produce at the peak of freshness, flavor and nutritional value. Can I select the items and customize my box?Yes. Full Circle gets your box started each week with a mix of fruits and veggies that are in season. You can then customize your box by logging into your account on our website. Do I have to join to order food?Yes. By joining Full Circle, you’ll receive your customizable box of seasonal produce each week. You can also add artisan foods and all-natural groceries, many from small, local producers. What is the commitment for membership?Full Circle membership is very flexible and no long-term commitment is required. You can suspend deliveries at any time. Membership can be cancelled any time without penalty. When does my box get delivered? You will be assigned a delivery day during the sign-up process. The delivery day is determined by your location and is the same each week, with a few exceptions (e.g., Thanksgiving week). I just signed up. What happens next? You’ll receive a confirmation email summarizing your delivery day. You’ll also get a link to login to your member account, where you can review and modify settings, customize your box, and add artisan groceries to your order. When do I customize my orders?Customize your box and add groceries during your “modification period.” Your modification period is a 3-day period before your next order. It’s based on your weekly deliver day and provides us with the lead time necessary to bring you the freshest produce possible. You’ll receive an email reminding you about your delivery and modification window each week. It’s not mandatory to login. If you don’t customize your box, you’ll receive Full Circle’s selection of what’s fresh and good for that week. How do I order groceries or additional produce?Visit the Green Grocery pages within your member account during your modification period. You’ll receive an email reminding you about your delivery day, with a link to login and customize your box and add any additional grocery items to your order. Is Full Circle a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program? No. Full Circle started as a CSA but has now expanded to include a wider variety of local and national organic growers and artisan producers. A typical CSA provides produce from a single grower. This does not allow for the variety and selection many people desire, especially when produce options become limited during winter months. How am I charged?A credit or debit card is required. Billing occurs each Wednesday of any week during which an order is received. Invoices will be emailed, and we will charge your credit card associated with the account. Are there volume discounts?Yes. We offer a 5% discount to those who purchase 10 boxes at a time. For details, log in to the Membership section and select the Payment link. Can I suspend my deliveries?Yes. You can request a single delivery be skipped, or request your deliveries held for a block of time. You can make these requests from the Delivery Schedule page when logged in to your account. You can also email customerservice@fullcircle.com, or call 866.EAT WELL at any time Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST. When do I need to notify in order to skip a delivery? We must receive requests before the close of your order’s modification period for it to be applicable to the next delivery. How do I cancel my membership?Cancellation requests must be made before the close of your modification period. Unclaimed orders not cancelled in time are the financial responsibility of members. Does Full Circle have a farm?Yes. We started as an organic farm in the Snoqualmie Valley of western Washington and continue to farm on more than 400 acres of rich, organic soil. We currently grow over 150 varieties of over 50 different crops. Is all the produce grown or provided by Full Circle certified organic?Yes. We make certain that all of our growers also follow sustainable and healthy organic processes and certification. You can trust that any produce in our box is certified organic from certified farmers. How much of the produce is local? As much as possible. We grow over 150 different varieties of vegetables, fruits and herbs right on Full Circle’s farms in the Snoqualmie Valley. In the spring, summer and fall, a large proportion of the produce in your box comes directly from our farm and other local northwest growers. What does it mean to be certified organic?Organic food is produced without the use of chemical pesticides, fungicides and fertilizers. Organic farmers emphasize the use of renewable (or sustainable) resources, natural, non-petroleum based fertilizers and thereby conserve soil and water quality while enhancing environmental quality for future generations. The USDA provides third-party organic certification. Are all of Full Circle’s artisan groceries organic? No. Though we source organic food as often as possible, we recognize that for certain artisan products, such as cheese, the highest quality products are not always certified organic. In those cases, we deliberately seek out producers who use only the best ingredients, sourced as sustainably as possible. Many small artisan producers have excellent quality products, some even using organic ingredients, but have not (in some cases “yet”) become certified. You can count on Full Circle only carrying products that have met our high food quality standards. |
