Priscilla R. has been helping employees and their families relocate smoothly to the Portland area since 2000. They come from countries as diverse as England, Germany, Malaysia, China, Philippines, Israel and Costa Rica. A native Oregonian, Priscilla has an MS Degree in Organizational Psychology, a career background in Human Resources, (including many years as a human resource specialist and recruiter in the high tech industry), and has lived in the Portland area for over 30 years. Her hobbies include the ongoing study of the Spanish language, and travel.

Pre-Arrival Consulting

What happens before a transferee's arrival can be critically important to the success of the whole relocation program. Full Circle works hard to understand the specific needs and expectations of transferees, and to modify those expectation if necessary, so that, by the time they arrive, they are well prepared, physically and mentally, for the challenge ahead. Our process includes:

• Clear description of service to be provided.

• Completion of a Needs Assessment questionnaire.

• Introduction to a destination services consultant in the destination city.

• Telephone call or e-mail from consultant, with questions and answers from both sides.

• List of essential documents to bring, by e-mail.

• User name and password to access Full Circle’s Your Guides to U.S. Cities

• Research by consultant into specific areas of interest ahead of transferee's arrival.

• Outline itinerary, by e-mail, including meeting arrangement in destination city.

• Customized Welcome Pack upon arrival.
