Full Circle Partners

Cynthia E grew up in Michigan but moved to Houston some years ago, and she has been working for Full Circle there since 2003. She is fluent in Spanish and has taught ESL and Spanish for Working Professionals among other intercultural topics, all of which makes sense in a city where it is said that 96 languages are spoken in the Public School system! Cynthia loves to interact with people from other cultures, and has traveled widely, especially in Latin America and Africa.

Full Circle Destination Consultants

FULL CIRCLE programs are carried out on the ground by more than 300 independent contractor destination services consultants throughout the United States. It's their exceptional caliber and competence that most distinguishes our company from other providers in the destination services field.

CONSULTANT SELECTION
Full Circle does not advertise when searching for new consultants. It draws on a network of talent-spotters nationwide, beginning with the existing consultant teams with whom we partner. "It takes one to know one" as they say! Each of the consultants come to Full Circle with personal referrals from people that we know and trust, and are then interviewed by one of our senior managers.

In the event that we need to engage a consultant in a new area - ANY area in the US, if needed - we can usually complete the selection process in about four weeks.

CONSULTANT PROFILE
The classic Full Circle consultant has:
• Strong local knowledge, with personal contacts in the real estate, schools and local government fields.
• Personal experience of family relocations, often internationally.
• Knowledge of/interest in foreign cultures, often with language capability.
• Proven track record as an organizer.
• Love of working with people
• Willingness to go the extra mile
• A university degree, often combined with corporate or professional experience.

But no two consultants are alike, except in their enthusiasm for the work at hand, and their empathy for the families they assist. They range from single, recent college graduates, to mothers of school-age children, to retirees and empty-nesters. They are male, and female. And they come from more than 20 different countries, including the UK, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Spain, Russia, Japan and Brazil.

CONSULTANT PARTNERSHIP

Full Circle has business relationships with independent destination service consultants in all the major US population centers, and for better cohesion these consultants often meet as a group to share their own ideas and experiences in a particular area. When consultants are delivering services for Full Circle, the interaction between a consultant and Full Circle program manager is very collaborative. This creates an environment that allows the consultant to work independently while providing the transferee and their family with the type and level of support required by Full Circle’s clients.

CONSULTANT EDUCATION

Each new consultant is offered the opportunity to participate in Full Circle’s education programs and receives supplementary resource materials for reference. The programs are facilitated in a teleconference forum that uses WebEx technology. The course focuses on the many challenges foreign nationals encounter when moving to the United States, on-the-job practical information and best practices for assisting a family as they transition to life in the U.S. Another educational opportunity offered to all Full Circle consultants is a modular cross-cultural training program designed and delivered by The Interchange Institute of Boston, MA. These modules are offered at multiple times throughout the year, allowing the consultant the flexibility to participate as they wish and at the time best suited for their schedule and business needs.

All consultants contracted with Full Circle have access to Full Circle’s on-line “Consultant Resource Center (CRC)” where they can download professional information and documentation. The CRC includes an in-house Blog which disseminates company-wide news and views.
