Grilled Asparagus

SERVING SIZE:

serves 4

INGREDIENTS:

1-2 bunches asparagus

2-3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

¼ teaspoon freshly cracked pepper

Grilling asparagus is so easy and makes a delicious side dish. All you need is a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Oh, yeah, and asparagus.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat your grill to medium high heat.

Break off and discard the tough bottoms of the asparagus. Brush the asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Carefully place the spears right on the direct heat. Grill them until grill marks appear, about 1 minute. Turn them over and grill another minute.

Remove the asparagus from the grill and serve immediately.
