The story of Sweet Craft Dolceria begins with four friends in the 8th grade. Their childhood was spent in Rome, wandering through the many cafés tucked around small, ancient streets and eating amazing, freshly made desserts. As they grew, each started down their own paths, all the while maintaining two common interests,–food and friendship. As they grew, each started down their own paths, all the while maintaining two common interests,–food and friendship. They reunited in California with a goal to make great, natural Italian desserts and founded a business. A lot has changed since then, however, their love and passion for food, in particular for desserts, continues through Sweet Craft Dolceria.
