Growing up in Portland, Oregon, Josie always had dogs and cats as
family members. When she and partner Isiah adopted Ember, a confident
adventure cat in 2018, Josie wanted her to wear bandanas like their dogs
Kahlua and Ronan. However, traditional triangle bandanas designed for
dogs left uncomfortable knots around Ember's petite neck and pulled at
