Noka came out of that ride. The two sourced organic, non-GMO ingredients from farms they vetted, then tested blends until the flavors held up. The company is Certified Upcycled, which means a portion of what goes into each pouch is fruit and vegetables that would otherwise be passed over for looking imperfect. Perfectly good food, in other words, that never makes it out of the field.
Ryan and Adam live in different states and still run the business. They also still ride with their Noka pouches.
