Sourdough Crisps are made from Boudin's Baguettes, and then are lightly seasoned and toasted. These crispy crostini are delicious as is, pair nicely with dips and spreads, and would complement a cheese plate too. They also make a fabulous foundation for bruschetta. The mother dough, from the cool climate of San Francisco, is the most essential component, imparting the famous flavor and texture that Boudin is known for.
