These crackers are made with Boudin's authentic, San Francisco Mother Dough that is rolled out and cut into artisan cracker shapes. They bake the crackers once and then again, a second time, at a high heat before cooling and lightly seasoning with sea salt. Enjoy with chowder, soup or chili, or top with your favorite cheeses and spreads. Not certified organic.

The mother dough, from the cool climate of San Francisco, is the most essential component, imparting the famous flavor and texture that Boudin is known for. The mother dough also allows for a natural source of fermentation without using commercial yeast.
