With medium-high heat properties, this flavorful oil is great for stir-fry, sautéing vegetables, grilling, or preparing meat for roasting. It comes in a propellant-free, chemical-free, bpa-free bottle that can be recycled.
About the producer
La Tourangelle is one of these few remaining oil mills keeping the time-honored nut oil production trade alive. They are a family-owned company located in Saumur, France and since 2002, in Woodland, California. The oil mill in Woodland produces oil from nuts grown in orchards near the mill, in the fertile Central Valley of California or on cooperative farms in Oregon. The highest quality nuts are selected and the oil is produced with integrity and pride.
