Perfectly roasted California almonds are sliced and ground to create an array of textures, both crunchy and creamy. After stirring the almonds into the oats, just enough unrefined, organic coconut sugar is sprinkled in for a natural caramel flavor, and the oatmeal cup is finished with a pinch of Himalayan pink salt for a subtly sweet and salty taste. They also came up with a unique roasted, ground almond and oat base that makes for a smooth, almond-milk texture with just the use of hot water. Holding to the idea that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, Mylk Labs’ creations are designed to have not too much sugar, nothing processed, and enough healthy fats, fiber and protein for satiety.
