About the producer
Cole Glass founded Hero Bread after having struggled with his own severe food allergies. Of the limited diet he could eat, muffins were something he enjoyed, so Cole decided to develop a healthier version. For two years, he baked dozens of muffins daily and switched up the ingredients, trying myriad combinations of proteins, fibers, and baking ingredients. One day he finally perfected a batch of muffins that tasted just right, but had zero net carbs, no sugar, and less than half the calories of his original favorite.
