About the producer
Childhood friends Julien and Fabian, who grew up in France's northwestern region of Brittany, carried their memories of perfect pastries across the ocean when they founded Bakerly. Their goal was to recreate the authentic French bakery treats they treasured as children. Behind each product stands a team of artisan bakers who bring traditional French "savoir-faire" (know-how) to this side of the pond. They carefully select simple, clean ingredients that would make their grandmothers proud, while firmly saying "non" to artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, and high fructose corn syrup.
