Molly Baz is a mayo maniac, sauce champion, condiment connoisseur, sando seeker, acidity admirer, recipe developer, bestselling cookbook author, and weenie mother with a lifelong love of eating, feeding, and teaching other people how to cook. Ayoh is her first line of food products.
During the pandemic, Molly found herself, like all of us; stuck at home, making sandwiches and staving off boredom. She noticed she was spending an inordinate amount of time chopping herbs, dicing peppers, slicing pickles, and whisking aiolis, all in service of creating the perfect sando.
