About the producer

When Patrick Coyne went to China after college to teach English, he fell in love with dumpling shops. Whether it was to grab lunch, a quick snack after classes, or a long dinner with friends, a visit to the local dumpling shop became a favorite ritual. Laoban means “boss” in Chinese, and Laoban Dumplings pays homage to the leaders of those dumpling shops. Co-founder and chef Tim Ma started with classic Chinese dumpling recipes, then incorporated new flavor combinations and modern twists, trying many different variations. Made with responsibly sourced premium ingredients Laoban Dumplings combine quality and flavor with convenience.
