About the producer
Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow were sharing a gin and tonic when they realized something odd: three-quarters of their drink was mediocre tonic water. They couldn't understand why people paid premium prices for exceptional gin only to drown it with forgettable mixers.
What started as a casual conversation turned into an 18-month quest across continents. The friends traveled to the remote forests of the Democratic Republic of Congo, searching for the world's finest quinine. When they launched Fever-Tree, they proved that mixers deserved the same thoughtful crafting as premium spirits.
