About the producer
Viraj Puri and Eric Haley founded Gotham Greens in 2009 with greenhouse expert Jennifer Frymark, aiming to reimagine urban food production through advanced indoor farming. Puri brought experience from sustainable agriculture ventures across three continents, while Haley contributed a finance background, and Frymark offered specialized expertise gained from managing greenhouses in locations ranging from Antarctica to the Caribbean.
