About the producer
Sister Gry and Sif were backpacking through Nepal in 2001, surrounded by the Himalayas and the country's welcoming communities. During their time there, Gry became fascinated by the traditional felting techniques used by Nepali craftspeople, who transformed raw wool into intricate handmade objects.
Gry returned home with suitcases full of samples. 25 years later, Gry & Sif make a range of felted decorations, all handmade in Nepal. The products are still rooted in the traditional techniques Gry first encountered during that trip, now shaped by the design aesthetic she brought back home.
