About the producer
Laura Briscoe left a career in tech to enroll at Le Cordon Bleu, searching for work that felt more personally meaningful. After graduating, she launched a private chef business, taught cooking classes, and started experimenting with a granola recipe, trying to recreate the crunch and flavor she remembered from school without the excess sugar. Laura began sharing the granola as gifts and never expected it to become more than a personal project. With encouragement from friends, she officially started Laura's Gourmet, a business built on small batches and chef-driven recipes designed to make everyday meals feel a little more considered.
