Seth Goldman built a reputation for combining business with impact. Spike Mendelsohn spent years working with renowned chefs before turning his attention to food policy and sustainability. Together, they're brewing tea that tastes like someone actually cared what went into it.
Just Ice Tea sources from Fair Trade certified growers at high-elevation tea gardens and smallholder honey farms, paying premiums that workers use as they see fit for their communities. Tea leaves go straight into the brew without rinsing, so anything sprayed during growing ends up in the cup. Seth and Spike chose organic to keep synthetic pesticides out of the fields and the finished product, protecting farm workers and waterways in the process.
