Patty Pan’s hand-pressed tortillas are made from red wheat flour grown and milled in Sequim by Nash’s organic farm. The tortillas contain just four ingredients: flour, water, olive oil, and salt. They’re made in small batches with special attention to the nuances of each batch of flour. These tortillas have a distinct flavor created by the freshness of the wheat and they’re unusually filling because the nutrients haven’t been milled out of the flour. They’re the perfect size for tacos and quesadillas. No additives or preservatives. Comes in a pack of 8. Not certified organic.

Patty Pan sources most of our staples from the farmers who are our friends and neighbors at the markets.
