La Pasta makes authentic Italian pasta using only the finest ingredients. Their Three Mushroom Ravioli has a wonderful, earthy blend of shiitake, porchini and cremini mushrooms. Based out of Seattle Washington they purchase as many of their ingredients as are seasonally available from local Farmers Markets. Each package of La Pasta ravioli contains 3-6 servings of fresh pasta. Not certified organic.

Ingredients:
Pasta: Semolina wheat flour (semolina, niacin, ferrous-sulfate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), eggs, water.
Filling: Ricotta cheese, (whey, cream, vinegar, salt), parmesan cheese (Pasteurized partly skimmed cow’s milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes aged over 150 days), pecorino cheese (sheep’s milk, rennet, salt), dry porcini, dry shitake mushrooms, crimini mushrooms, salt, parsley.
About the producer
La Pasta is owned and operated by Guglielmo Bombaci and his partner Alessandro Stortini. Gugliemlo ran Nonna Maria Ristorante Italiano on First Avenue in Seattle from 1999 to 2004. During that time his restaurant became famous for the quality of his homemade pasta, which Guglielmo made nightly. Soon after opening, the word spread and his patrons and local chefs began asking him to make extra pasta for sale.
