CB's Nuts starts with the biggest and freshest peanuts grown in the southwestern US. Then, using a unique process that took years to develop, they infuse sea salt and water directly through the shell of the peanut. After drying, they're ready to roast. As their custom-made and restored antique barrel roasters turn, the roastmaster carefully monitors each small batch. Their approach and attention to detail allows each peanut to reach its full , flavorful potential.

From a stand outside of Seattle's SafeCo Field, to the opening of CB's Nuts certified organic processing facility in Kingston, Washington, Tami and Clark Bowen have been dedicated to the art of craft roasting peanuts and other nuts in small batches, emphasizing high quality and low environmental impact.
