Pair your favorite pasta with this thick, rich Pomodoro sauce from La Pasta. Whole tomatoes are simmered with garlic, onions and a pinch of crushed red pepper for kick. Add basil, garlic, onions, crushed red pepper and olive oil to elevate the sauce to another level. Not certified organic.

About the producer

La Pasta is owned and operated by Guglielmo Bombaci and his partner Alessandro Stortini. Gugliemlo ran Nonna Maria Ristorante Italiano on First Avenue in Seattle from 1999 to 2004. During that time his restaurant became famous for the quality of his homemade pasta, which Guglielmo made nightly. Soon after opening, the word spread and his patrons and local chefs began asking him to make extra pasta for sale.
