About the producer
La Pasta is owned and operated by Guglielmo Bombaci and his partner Alessandro Stortini. Gugliemlo ran Nonna Maria Ristorante Italiano on First Avenue in Seattle from 1999 to 2004. During that time his restaurant became famous for the quality of his homemade pasta, which Guglielmo made nightly. Soon after opening, the word spread and his patrons and local chefs began asking him to make extra pasta for sale.
