INGREDIENTS

3/4 lb fresh organic green beans

Olive oil

Jacobsen's Lemon Salt

Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Trim stem ends from green beans. Place green beans in a large pot with a steamer basket and about 1" of water. Bring to a boil, cover, and steam green beans four minutes. Carefully remove from pot into a medium bowl, and toss with a drizzle of olive oil. Sprinkle Jacobsen's Lemon Salt over beans and add a pinch of freshly ground pepper. (You can also substitute a sprinkling of kosher salt and fresh grated lemon zest if you don't happen to have any of this delicious salt on hand.)
