Nutty Bell Pepper Dip

This bell pepper dip with nuts is so addicting! Bonus: It's also vegan.

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup hemp seeds (feel free to play around with the seed/nut amounts if you don't have these in

1 cup peppers, such as gypsy, bell or sweet mini (seeds and top removed)

juice from 1/2 lemon

3 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional)

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/8 teaspoon smoked cayenne

salt & pepper to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Shop our: nutritional yeast, spices, nuts, organic produce farm boxes

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until combined. We kept blending our dip until was smooth with a few bell pepper chunks, but feel free to blend to your desired texture.

Serve with sliced veggies (cucumber, bell pepper, etc.), crackers and/or pita wedges.
