Crockpot Corn on the Cob

Hooray for slow cookers and letting them do all the work!

SERVING SIZE

serves 6-8

INGREDIENTS

8 ears corn, husked

¾ cup water

½ cup butter, melted

3 tablespoons parsley, finely minced

2 teaspoons sea salt or to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the corn in slow cooker with the water. Cook on high for 2½ to 3 hours.

Using tongs, remove the corn from the slow cooker and place on a clean towel to drain briefly. Put on a serving platter.

Melt the butter and drizzle over the corn (if the corn is still warm, the butter will melt on its own).  Roll to coat and sprinkle with salt and chopped. Serve immediately.
