Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

Have you ever had an orange creamsicle? We love the citrus/yogurt combination and having a healthy version for breakfast in the form of a smoothie feels like such a treat.

INGREDIENTS

1 pound clementines (or other citrus)

2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

5 ice cubes (or 1 banana, frozen)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Juice the clementines. Put the clementine juice, Greek yogurt, vanilla and ice cubes into a blender and puree until combined. Pour into a juice glass and enjoy! (You can use frozen banana chunks in place of the ice cubes if you want a little more fruit in your smoothie).
