INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, toss fingerling potatoes with the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, sea salt and pepper. Pour them onto a sheet pan and roast for 15 to 20 minutes, until tender.
Serve hot.
