
This blueberry sauce is delicious served on pancakes, waffles or even ice cream.
INSTRUCTIONS
Bring the water, sugar, lemon and cornstarch to a boil. Stir to make sure cornstarch and sugar are fully dissolved. Add the blueberries. Bring blueberry mixture to a boil again. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer until mixture is slightly thickened. Stir for about 25 to 30 minutes. Add vanilla if desired.
Serve over pancakes, waffles, pound cake or ice cream.
