Llano Seco respectfully carries on the traditions of the Wintu, Maidu
and Yana tribes of this region, balancing the cultivated fields,
untouched waterways and wilderness corridors. Among their crops are
heirloom beans and ancient grains, grown with methods honed over the
decades and which maintain the fertility of the soil and nutritional
value and flavor of these unique varieties.
