Fresh cut tagliolini is a versatile, linguine-style, handmade pasta. La Pasta is known for making authentic, Italian-style pasta using only the finest ingredients. Based out of Seattle, La Pasta purchases most of their ingredients from the local Farmer's Markets. Simply made with Semolina wheat flour, eggs and water, this ribbon-like pasta shape is similar to fettuccine and can be served with an array of sauces but a classic meat sauce tends to be the most popular. Serves 6-8. Not certified organic.

La Pasta is owned and operated by Guglielmo Bombaci and his partner Alessandro Stortini. Gugliemlo ran Nonna Maria Ristorante Italiano on First Avenue in Seattle from 1999 to 2004. During that time his restaurant became famous for the quality of his homemade pasta, which Guglielmo made nightly. Soon after opening, the word spread and his patrons and local chefs began asking him to make extra pasta for sale.
