Serve seared scallops over cooked pasta or grains, or alongside steamed or grilled vegetables. Your sea scallops are packed frozen and delivered on ice in temperature control packages. You can expect some thawing and should enjoy your seafood within a few days of receipt. All seafood products are harvested by suppliers that subscribe to ecologically sound fishing practices. Once caught, the scallops are processed and individually flash frozen for freshness. Not certified organic.
