About the producer

When Vicky and Joe settled into their 1800s farmhouse, they never imagined wild blackberries would launch a culinary adventure. What started as weekend jam-making in their home kitchen quickly turned into every room becoming a makeshift preserve warehouse. Drawing from Vicky's English family traditions of foraging and Joe's global travels, they began creating jams that tell stories of flavor.

Their preserves blend three generations of techniques with bold, unexpected combinations. Each jar reflects their commitment to artisan quality, local ingredients, and a belief that preserves can be both a nostalgic comfort and an exciting experience.
