These organic, free-range hens are fed a 100% organic, vegetarian diet that is enriched with whole flax seeds, which are naturally rich in beneficial Omega-3s. These lovely hens are raised at Stiebrs Farms, a family-owned-and-operated farm located in western Washington. They have been supplying fresh, local eggs to their community since 1953. These eggs are Certified Humane, Cage Free, and Certified 100% Organic. These eggs will look and taste the same as a traditional chicken egg. They are super for omelets, crepes and baking.

Hens are fed a 100% organic diet rich in organic Flax Seed which is naturally high in Omega-3 fatty acids. Each egg provides 250mg of Omega-3 (may vary up to 20%). Hens are given access to the outdoors. They are never given any antibiotics or steroids.
About the producer
In 1949, Jan and Zelma Stiebrs immigrated to the United States from Latvia with their two small children, Anita and Jon. It was summer and their first job in this country was picking strawberries and beans in the Tumwater Valley. All the while they worked, they were dreaming of owning their own business.
