This organic blackberry apple sauce is made in Sonoma County from Gravenstein apples, many of them from trees over 100 years old, and blended with a natural blackberry purée. The apple sauce has a mild sweetness from the blackberry and makes for a lovely snack or after dinner treat when you need something just a tad bit sweet. 

About the producer

John Kolling of Solana Gold Organics makes fresh apple juice, applesauce and apple cider vinegar with Gravenstein apples grown on his farm. He has been farming his organic apples since the 1970s, with trees that have been around on the property for 100 years. The Gravenstein apples are carefully hand-picked immediately before being turned into Solana Gold’s delicious apple products.
