Grade A Amber Maple Syrup has a smooth, buttery maple flavor and is of lighter color, blended from sap harvested at the beginning of maple season. Some folks prefer it for table syrup for their pancakes, waffles and oatmeal. Maple Valley is a cooperative of organic farmers in Wisconsin that are committed to the highest quality organic maple syrup and bringing sustainable practices to farmers and trees!
