This rich and silky Golden Guernsey Chocolate Milk makes for a truly decadent sip. As the name suggests, the milk comes from Guernsey cows, a breed known for making gold-colored milk with a higher protein content and sweeter taste profile. Grace Harbor doesn't separate the milk, so you’ll be getting full fat cream top, just the way farms have been doing it for centuries. Separation is natural, so be sure to give it a good shake! We think it's perfect on its own, but you can also mix it into your morning coffee or latte for a sweet treat. Not certified organic.
About the producer
Grace Harbor Farms is a second-generation family-owned creamery located in Whatcom County, Washington. Founded by a husband-and-wife team in 1999, Grace Harbor Farms has since been passed down to their son David. Although not yet certified organic, their cows are 100% grass fed and are never treated with antibiotics or hormones. In fact, they say that keeping their cows happy and stress-free is how they produce milk with a higher cream content, resulting in higher quality dairy.
